Do you know about - I Wish They Would Hire Me For the Biggest Loser - Seriously

Physical Therapy Programs! Again, for I know. Ready to share new things that are useful. You and your friends.

Does whatever have any connections. I could help those contestants move straight through their transformations in a whole new way. Clearly, I need to meet somebody that knows somebody. I've weighed in on the Biggest Loser television show before. It's kind of a love/hate thing for me.

What I said. It isn't outcome that the true about Physical Therapy Programs. You see this article for facts about what you need to know is Physical Therapy Programs.

How is I Wish They Would Hire Me For the Biggest Loser - Seriously

We had a good read. For the benefit of yourself. Be sure to read to the end. I want you to get good knowledge from Physical Therapy Programs.

Let's start with what I don't love about it first:

I don't love any form of insanity around eating or rehearsal and the contestants are put straight through indubitably ultimate workouts and what appear to be crazy-low fat for their weight/amount of exercise. Hence... The insane amounts of weight loss.

Which is other part of the problem for me. Although most of these citizen are dangerously obese on the show, and whatever they do to reduce stress on their bodies is comprehensive a good thing- indubitably rapid weight loss takes it's toll. For one thing, it's not easy to be cut off from community and then re-launched in a new body.

There are Reasons that go way beyond eating/exercise that citizen citizen put on that kind of weight- and psychologically, many citizen will feel too emotionally "unsafe" and vulnerable returning to their lives without great emotional and self-soothing skills.

Which they don't teach much of on Tbl- man, I wish they would hire me. I Know I Could Help!

The version of Tbl I'd most like to see is a behind-the-scenes show. I want to see how they recover after those workouts, what kind of healing care they require, if they get massages (doubt it) or corporal therapy. I am still stymied when I see so many obese and out of shape citizen jogging on treadmils- My body hurts when I jog, and I don't have that weight pounding on my joints..

Which brings me to some of what I love about The Biggest Loser- It's got a lot of heart. The courage of the contestants is amazing- on so many levels. Plus it's very enchanting to know that if they can do it, you sure as hell could work a limited harder, eat a limited cleaner, aim a limited higher.

It's easy to love the contestants, and for many of us to admit "there but for the Grace of God go I", right? We watch because we can relate. Because we've been out of control, because we've sometimes gone to places we swore we'd never go either physically, or emotionally, or in other ways.

We understand the shame. We understand the regret. It's humbling. Humility is a good thing- it brings you back to self-reflection around where we ourselves need more help, more health, more commitment, or more heart. That's indubitably why I watch (esp the first episodes).

One other thing they are doing that I indubitably like on http://www.BiggestLoser.com, you can click into the "Pound for Pound Challenge" which lets you pledge an estimate of weight You want to lose- food banks in your area will donate a pound of food for each pound you lose.

I love that. And so I pledged. It's nice when you can connect your own personal goals to a bigger cause that helps somebody else. It's day 6 of my no sugar/no flour/no alcohol detox- and I'm feeling well. And yes, I worked out longer and harder in honor of the biggest loser group.

Much love to you,
Lisa
